The perfect place to store and go
We’re located at Carrer del Marquès d’Albranca, 17, right in the center of Ciutadella.
From here, you’re just a 3-minute walk from the old town and about 20 minutes from the ferry port on foot.
A perfect spot to drop off your luggage as soon as you arrive, go for a walk, do some shopping or grab something to eat in the center — and move freely around the island before or after check-in.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. You can open it as many times as you want within your reserved period, always using your exclusive code.
Your code will remain active throughout your booking period, so you can access your locker at any time within that timeframe. If you exceed your reserved time, an additional 24-hour charge will automatically apply.
If your belongings are not collected within 10 days, they may be considered unclaimed and handled as lost property.
You can make a new booking from your phone if you need to extend your time, as long as there is availability.
Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive an email with your access code and instructions on how to use your locker.
You can reach us via WhatsApp or email. We’re available during extended hours and whenever you need assistance.
You can store suitcases, backpacks, gym bags or shopping bags.
For safety reasons, it is not allowed to store dangerous items, perishables, or high-value belongings such as cash, jewelry or expensive electronics.
